Internal Coach

My journey began as a business consultant at an IT company specializing in software development for the Japanese market. During my 1.5 years in the sales department, I gained a deep understanding of Japanese business culture, work styles, communication patterns, customer expectations, and psychology.
However, I felt a lack of technical expertise in software development, which motivated me to pursue further knowledge in the field. This led me to join Genki System from 2017 as an IT communicator. Over the past 5 years, I have been fortunate to experience a wide range of tasks that have transformed me into a well-rounded PMO professional.
My responsibilities have extended beyond interpreting and translating to encompass a comprehensive understanding of business processes, proposing features to clients, creating use cases and user stories, explaining functionalities to team members, generating test cases, conducting monkey testing, and serving as a liaison with third-party service providers in Japan (e.g., security vulnerability scanning, eKYC, my number storage,...).
I have had the privilege of working on diverse projects at Genki, including NGI, SHS, 7AS, G-concept, LRM, and Datamix. These experiences have enriched my technical knowledge, project management skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
Since 2023, I have known 1on1 by Aida san. I spent 4 months of GAP studying and learning about coaching. Then I bring it back to Genki, eager to bring the best things of coaching into the company culture, helping members of the company, especially leaders, understand your own values and identity, thereby untangling their concerns, so that they can see their own abilities, be more confident, happier, and more productive, optimizing each individual's capacity and creativity.

Another very cute aspect of the Genkiers

Children with brittle bone disease face daily struggles due to their fragile bones, which are prone to fractures even with minor movements. However, through rigorous treatments and exercises at the center, they strive to strengthen their bones and improve their overall health. Despite the daunting challenges they confront, these children demonstrate extraordinary resilience and determination.

Surgical interventions play a crucial role in correcting bone deformities and enhancing mobility for these children. Despite enduring multiple surgeries, they approach each procedure with courage and optimism, displaying a remarkable capacity to persevere through adversity. Their infectious enthusiasm and unwavering spirit serve as a poignant reminder of the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity.

The heartwarming scenes of children joyfully receiving gifts and interacting with each other serve as a testament to their indomitable spirit. Their radiant smiles and playful demeanor bring joy to everyone present, fostering a sense of warmth and compassion. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of love and resilience in overcoming life's challenges.

It was our "healing" trip. Wishing everyone a peaceful and happy week 🌷🙏🌷

Hope this wish will come true ❤

Indulge in a Merry Christmas Celebration With Genki (2023)

Everyone's loving gifts are carefully prepared. The gifts are neatly and beautifully decorated according to the Christmas theme.

The dishes are prepared by professional chefs - relatives of Genki members.

Everyone gathered together and chatted in a light party.

The gifts were moved to the common area, where everyone together received meaningful gifts for Christmas.
