    I am a seasoned IT professional with over 12 years of experience, including 11 years dedicated to serving the Japanese market. My journey has seen me evolve from a project leader for over 7 years to a project manager for more than 3 years. ・Starboard Project: Utilization of StarBoard Software for enhancing communication efficiency in educational and business settings through interactive whiteboards.
・Confidential Information Exchange System: A secure platform for transferring sensitive documents within a corporate group, connecting to the customer's Restful Web Service.
・Electronic Application Service System: This project involved creating applications that link with Restful Web Services for processing documents with the E-Government system.
・Engauge: Development of a social connectivity web platform akin to Facebook.
・InSiteV4: Creation of a web application for SharePoint site generation.
・Intellireport: A system for auditing, extracting GraphAPI logs, and generating reports, leveraging Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Platform & Services.

   My name is Hoa and I have a total of 11 years of professional experience in the industry.
    My ultimate goal is to give my clients a service they can be proud of, as well as a service that's easy for them to maintain in the future.
    I have spent the past 5 years working as a Project Manager, where I have honed my leadership, organization and communication skills.
  My dedication to delivering high-quality results and ensuring the successful completion of projects within deadline has earned me a reputation for being a reliable and efficient team player.
    Prior to this, I spent 5 years as a Project Leader, managing a team over 10 members and delivering a number of highly successful projects such as Camel coffee, Terilogy 2.0, DMS Innova, Yakult, NCS&A, ISSO.
    In addition to my extensive experience in project management, I have 10 years of experience working in the Japanese market. This experience has taught me the importance of cultural sensitivity and the need to approach each project with a high sense of responsibility. I am proud to say that my projects have been highly appreciated by customers and I am confident in my ability to deliver results that exceed expectations.
